Calling all Cultural Arts Representatives!

Please join us for our meetings at the Easttown Library conference room.

Meetings are typically held the first Tuesday of the month, unless otherwise noted.

DELTA stands for "districts educating and learning through the arts". We are a non-profit consortium of Cultural Arts and PTO representatives from various public, parochial and private schools in the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia. Established in 1966 as a Cultural Arts committee to service the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District, our members now represent schools across the Tredyffrin/Easttown, Radnor, Great Valley, Lower Merion and Downingtown School District areas.

DELTA’s mission is to support our children’s learning through exposure to the arts in all forms. We aim to bring meaningful performances in art, science, literature, dance, music, theatre and world cultures to our school auditoriums….many of which would not otherwise be available to our children through current school curriculums and funding limitations.
We meet monthly to exchange information about performing artists and enrichment programs visiting our schools. We research programs and leverage our collective buying power by working together to "block book" artists, driving significant benefits for our member schools with respect to pricing and availability.

Another of DELTA's primary goals is to provide high quality family entertainment shows every fall and spring, at an affordable price for members of our local community. Our shows are open to the public and feature highly acclaimed artists from national and international stages.

New members and other area schools are always welcome to join our team of passionate volunteers!
