DELTA stands for "districts educating and learning through the arts". We are a non-profit organization of Cultural Arts/ PTO representatives from various public, parochial and independent schools.
DELTA’s mission is to support our children’s learning through exposure to the arts in all forms. We aim to bring meaningful performances in art, science, literature, dance, music, theatre and world cultures to our school auditoriums….many of which would not otherwise be available to our children through current school curriculums and funding limitations.
We meet monthly to exchange information about performing artists and enrichment programs visiting our schools. We typically "block book" artists so that we benefit on pricing and availability of artists. Currently, our members represent schools in the T/E, Radnor, Great Valley and Marple Newtown School District areas.
